Chad Andrews

Coach | Co-founder

I competed in Rowing for 4 years and took top 10 at Youth Nationals for 3 of those years. I competed in Equestrian Vaulting for 2 years (gymnastics on horses essentially), I coached myself through a few triathlons, and started CrossFit in April of 2012. I love this form of fitness because I know it works. I’m always excited to see others succeed in their fitness goals and we wanted to create a place where people could do that! Outside of sports, I love doing anything outdoors. Snowboarding, wake boarding, camping, hiking, white water rafting. You name it, I’m game for it.

Least Favorite WOD: Michael. Back extensions are my nemesis.
Favorite WOD Song: Uptown Funk cause I like to dance to it!

Lindsey Booren

Coach | Co-founder

I have been CrossFitting for over 3 years and love doing local competitions, especially team and partner competitions. I love to lift! Doing something like a heavy squat clean EMOM is my favorite. Outside of the gym I like to spend time with my loved ones and “fur child” Rue, a ridiculously adorable fluffy Corgi. I like hiking, camping and summer nights around the fire pit. I also love going to concerts and adding to the long list of bands I’ve seen live.

Favorite WOD: My favorite WODs involve cleans. It’s hard to pick one but I’ll say “Grace.”
Least Favorite WOD: Thruster/Burpee combos are my kryptonite. Please don’t make me do Open WOD 14.5/16.5!
Favorite WOD Song: I love to workout to anything heavy! Metallica, Korn, Rage Against the Machine and Rob Zombie are good. I like to rock out.

Jen Morgan


I am a mom to two boys, Dylan & Stewart and a wonderful wife to my handsome hubby Collin. I grew up competing in soccer, horse showing and dance. I found CrossFit in February 2013 just to “get in shape” for an upcoming soccer tournament, however it quickly became one of my favorite things to do! I love seeing the growth and strength that comes from such intense work outs and I love hitting PR’s and seeing others succeed as well!!! In my spare time I love to hike, camp, ride horses and enjoy life with my family and friends!

Favorite WOD Song: I really don’t have a favorite but anything Godsmack, Korn, Tool, Disturbed… anything that gives me an extra push.

Jazmine Jorgen Bates


My fitness journey began at a very young age, I was involved in gymnastics, dance, cheer, volley ball and Tae Kwon Do in my formative years. From 2015 – 2017 I competed competitively in the bikini division of the NPC body building world. (1st place Washington State Open 2015, 5th place Craig Productions Ironman 2015, 1st place Craig Productions Emerald Cup 2016, 4th place Craig Productions Emerald Cup 2017, 4th Jr. Nationals – Chicago 2017)

My health and fitness education stemmed first in July 2013 when I made one the best decision in my life, to become a certified yoga instructor and since then I have not looked back. After achieving my 200 RYT yoga instructor certification I continued my studies of the human body, as well as social justice, at the University of Washington where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies. In addition, I’ve studied Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as Fitness Nutrition Specialization, as well as Holistic Nutrition Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I truly believe that knowledge is the greatest of wisdoms and as such my educational journey will never be complete. Ultimately I would like to obtain my Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. My deepest passion lies in educating and inspiring others on how to create a healthy and balanced lifestyle and reach any fitness goal they set their and to.
