IronHide CrossFit strives to better people’s daily lives through improvement of fitness and nutrition. Our focus is helping others achieve their specific goals, whatever they may be.

CrossFit is the foundation of our brand of fitness. CrossFit is high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise. We lift weights and use body-weight movements, in a jam packed 60-minute class designed to get your heart pumping! No matter what your fitness level is, CrossFit is designed to help you get in the best shape of your life, FAST!  We hope you’ll come by and try a class to see what we mean.

Bootcamp

IronHide Bootcamp runs 3 one hour classes per week for the 8 week course with optional CrossFit add on days. Included in your Bootcamp membership are before and after photos, measurements and CHILDCARE! We provide a community driven approach to fitness, positive atmosphere, and dedicated coaches who work hard to help you succeed. Bootcamp combines body weight movements, light dumbbells and cardio activity to help you reach your fitness goals.

fit over 50

Fit Over 50 runs three one-hour classes per week and combines multiple elements such as aerobic work, body control, isolation work and nutritional knowledge. We take a proactive approach to health and believe that deterioration with age is NOT inevitable. We strive to extend the quality of life of our community using movements to promote functionality and nutritional habits that encourage positive health effects as we age.
